I received Brightening Bouncy Boost Serum with Niacinamide, Vitamin C Blend, Lightweight Dual-Phase Glow Formula. It is a lightweight unscented liquid that has two distinct components. You need to shake the bottle just before using to mix them well. I forgot once and found the clear portion was oily by itself. I found the dropper inefficient and I lost too much in my hands. So I transferred the product to a small mist bottle and now I just mist my face and neck. It is very refreshing and I don't waste any of the product. It takes less than a minute for it to dry and it leaves an actual glow...until later, but it still gives a great moisturizing feel and that lasts for most of an average day. I have used it twice daily for five days, both morning and night, on the uneven skin tone of my neck/decollete. It was showing some improvement on my chest and then I spent several hours outdoors. I had put sunblock on my arms but forgot about my chest and after that sun exposure, my skin tone evened out naturally with a light tan. So that difference (darkening) made it harder for me to evaluate the brightening/unevenness claim further. I continued to use the serum and still found it was hydrating and softening. I do like the effects, but I think they should consider using a spray mist bottle.

When it arrived, it was labeled with an expiration date of Jul 2028 and made in Korea, so I'll have plenty of time to use it. The bottle and dropper are both glass, and the dropper easily draws up the serum.I'm fragrance sensitive and didn't see anything on the ingredient list that's caused issues for me in the past. It has a very subtle scent that comes across as citrusy and slightly astringent. The aroma dissipates quickly and hasn't caused any issues for me.The instructions say to shake the bottle before applying the serum to blend the two phases. I've used a lot of serums on my face, and the ingredients in this one are both familiar and desired (with some science behind efficacy), but with some new, intriguing additions. Yet, I am a bit puzzled at the two-phase (oil-in-water)-type formulation, which does make application a bit difficult. Even with considerable shaking to properly mix, the solution is quite watery, making it easy to have it flow through your fingers as you try to apply it. Lightweight? Most definitely. Still, with some care, it can be properly applied over a cleansed (and in my case, toned) face. I then let it absorb for a few minutes before applying additional skin products. My skin feels fine--neither dry nor tight, but seemingly ready for my usual moisturizing sunscreen/sunblock. The ingredients should be effective with antioxidant and barrier protective properties, as well as anti-aging. I do question the clear bottle as ascorbic acid is notoriously sensitive to sunlight and would be expected to break down quickly. This formulation contains 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid and Sodium Ascorbic Phosphate--perhaps those two forms are less light sensitive? I do note the storage instructions warn of heat and direct sunlight exposure, so perhaps not. Regardless, I have seen this product reviewed elsewhere, and the formulation did get high marks, so I am hopeful. I'm not sold on the thin, watery two-phase presentation of this serum, but I'm more than happy to give it a try, and on first impression, I am recommending it. I will update after a few weeks' trial if warranted.

So I actually love this serum but it’s a bit watery and definitely feels more like a toner. I use morning and night and it takes two full dropper squeezes every application so the bottle lasted about 3.5 weeks. It’s really such a nice hydrating formula though. Niacinamide helps keep my skin clear and I feel like it soothes my red sensitive skin. I love that it came with a tamper evident seal too. It has some quality ingredients for sure and I would repurchase but I also wish it was just a little bit bigger for the price given how quickly the bottle goes.

This vitamin C, niacinamide serum is a top-quality serum because it's packed with hero ingredients and leaves out sensitizing ingredients such as artificial and natural fragrance. Some of my favorite ingredients included in this formula are niacinamide, alpha-arbutin, hyaluronic acid, adenosine, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid (vitamin C), kojic acid, glycerin, panthenol, and astaxanthin. It has a watery texture with droplets of oil that are not homogenized, so it's best to shake it before you put the product in your hand. This serum is hydrating and moisturizing and is effective at helping my skin to look glowy and temporarily plump. This product is a good value if you'd like to try high quality Korean skincare with multiple active ingredients at an affordable price. I included a photo of the full ingredient list so that potential buyers can evaluate the ingredients themselves.

This is unusual in that part of the ingredients are suspended in the bottle---see the ad for a good pic of that. Shake the bottle and that suspension dissipates so you can take advantage of the full formula.This is lightweight on the skin, feels very hydrating and seems to be fantastic quality. As with all skincare products, the cumulative effect is where you see results, consistent use is best.The serum is very loose, like water, not a cream or thickened liquid, comes with a dropper for easy application. Korean skincare has an absolutely fabulous reputation in the industry, and this product has not disappointed. For the quality, this is a good value for the money.

I’ve only used this twice, but I’m really enjoying about how it feels on my skin. I can’t wait to see how it works on my skin long term. But my skin feels hydrated and looks good.

Standard Seoul Vitamin C, Niacinamide Serum for Dark Spots - I love the consistency of this serum. Very different from what I've used in the past. It's very watery and has a oil bubble in it which encapsulates vitamin liposomes. Be sure to shake before applying. Even though it has oil, it absorbed fast into my skin and wasn't greasy. It gives a subtle glow and makes my skin look bouncy. Very nice serum and nice price.

I don’t like this product, I will not order it again two watery I don’t feel like it’s helping at all. Compared to other products. That I have used so would like to send it back.

This serum comes in a formula that separates and needs to be shaken before use. The dropper initially comes separate and the bottle has a screw on stopper, which is really convenient if you are traveling. I found this serum to be brightening and my skin is so soft after it has absorbed. It leaves no sticky/tacky residue like some skincare does. There is no scent at all.

Good quality serum. Lightweight and unscented. Moisturizes and softens skin. Good size bottle for the price.
