The Standard Seoul Barrier gel moisturizer delivers a wonderful balance of keeping my skin hyrated, smooth, while also allowing it to breathe and not feel irritated by dryness or redness.My skin is all over the place during the summer - sometimes it is too dry, and at other times it is too oily. I like using this cream especially when my face feels dry or I need an extra hydration boost on my face. Overall, I like to use it almost on a daily basis as the gel is light and allows my face to breathe.Too many creams feel sticky or leave a layer that is too thick. This one feels smooth and very clean without a scent of like I am adding too many ingredients to my face... feels like I am adding just the right ingredients. Panthenol and the included ceramides are the ingredients that my face actually likes and feels like it is being nurtured from.So on days when there is wind, dust, or whatever else in the air... applying this in the morning before I step out of the house is what helps protect my skin with good flow of hydration and smoothness while not allowing dirt and particles to stick to my skin (at least a lot less than before).Overall, this is a good hydration boost that allows my skin to glow... and for the price it is a great value.

This gel is quite amazing. Just a small amount goes super far. I am able to apply just a dab amount to my entire face, and it feels super moisturized. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it with a soft feeling. I do believe it is soothing just from the texture of the formula being a gel. I am not able to pick up any sort of scent from this product, so I do believe it is fragrance-free. I really like this product. The hydration that you get from this product is pretty top-notch. This would be a great product for someone with dry skin or even sensitive skin.

Im not sure what i think about this. Its a thick jelly like texture. If you've use the Neutrogena blue water gel, its not light like that. It says to press into skin. It does give you this glass skin look, but it doesn't absorb well and you can feel a layer on your face when you touch it. It did finally absorb fully, but it was a long time later. I know at 30 minutes it still had that feeling if I touched my face. Not slick or anything like if you put Vaseline on your face, just like there's an invisible layer Between your skin that you feel when you touch, maybe if you applied a thin layer of Vaseline and it dried down. if that makes sense. I feel like this would be good if you have super dry skin and put ot on at night, and need barrier rapair, but I can't see this a morning routine for meMaybe I will try juat a tiny bit because it does look like the glass skin look for a little while.

This is a clear gel‑type cream, and the tiniest little bit goes a long way. There’s not really any aroma to it — maybe just a light, clean scent that disappears quickly.The ingredient list is incredibly long, which isn’t unusual for Korean skincare, but it definitely stood out. Normally, Korean products are my first choice because of the quality and how reliable they usually are, so I was curious to see how this one would feel.The texture isn’t oily at all. It goes on like a gel, but you really do need to use just a tiny amount and take a moment to rub it in well. If you do that, it absorbs nicely and leaves a noticeable softness on the skin.Once it dries down, you really do get that “glow” they talk about — not greasy, just a healthy sheen.If you use too much, though, it can feel sticky, and the “barrier” effect becomes heavier than I expected. It’s not what I’d call lightweight when overapplied, so less is definitely more with this one. Used sparingly, it’s very nice and gives that smooth, glassy finish without feeling oily.For the price, it is pretty much in line with comparable products so decent value for the money

I tried this product after the Boost Serum--feeling as though my skin needed more hydration. Well, this is a perfect option and well-named. Definitely a soothing and hydrating gel that lasted, making my skin under its tinted sunscreen final layer feel soft, moist, and yes, almost glassy, hours later. Besides the panthenol and ceramides (well known for skin protection and moisturizing), there are a lot of natural plant essences that seem quite innovative and interesting as well. I do find this to be a perfect layer between a good antioxidant-containing serum and the final sunscreen/sunblock application, and offered at a price pretty consistent with other offerings. This is a winner! Recommend.

I want to preface my review by saying that I am not a skincare expert or anything even close to one.I typically use Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Soft Cream at night after washing my face.I used this moisturizer on my face a couple of times and I was not a big fan.I like really light moisturizers and I want my skin to be able to breath.This moisturizer almost seals your skin and I felt like my skin could not breath.This may have to do with the "glass" effect, but it it dries kind of sticky almost like a peel off mask.I may be using this completely wrong so I don't mean to bash the product.It comes in a very nice container that feels expensive.I use a face wash from Tatcha that is overpriced, but the container kind of reminded me of the brand.

personally I think this might be more suited for dry skin versus combination but overall does a really good job of hydrating and for even a short period of time giving that glassy, dewy skin it advertises. Its one of those gel creams so is clear and absorbs without leaving residue. I like that it comes with a lot and lasts a long time. Would definitely get it again.

This is a great moisturizer for normal to dry skin people. It is a gel and thus can feel a little too much on the face. It does dries out and leave the skin a glow.

It helps my skin so much. I use it ever morning and night then guasha for better absorption

This Korean gel cream has a nice elegant packaging with a solid glass container. The formula itself is soft and calming, and it blends onto the skin without any fragrance. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed my face feels comfortably moisturized afterward, especially when my skin is dry. All we need is to apply a small amount and the jar should last for quite a while. I like using it at night also and it leaves my skin looking refreshed by morning. I've been using this moisturizer for a few weeks now, and I do enjoy it. I apply it in the mornings before makeup. I do not use it in the evenings as I have a separate routine with products I love.I find this moisturizer to be hydrating, though I haven't noticed many other benefits. I have very oily skin as it is. I was nervous that this product would make the shine worse. However, it does not. It absorbs quickly, and makeup applies nicely over it. It's not too thick, not too watery, and not sticky at all. I actually really like the feel of it.I will say that the tub is smaller than I was expecting. However, I do think it'll last a while. A little goes a long way. Overall it's good but nothing spectacular in my opinion.

This face cream is amazing! It leaves your face with a nice shine all day.

I was using Medicube and I saw one and saw the reviews said its light and no sticky feeling. Wrong, this is more heavy compared to Medicube and quite pricey. When I applied Medicube overnight, the following morning my face feels so smooth even after washing them, this one not so much. Not so impressed. Wish I can return it and get my money back. Not worth it.

I have sensitive/acne prone skin, and this product makes me break out unfortunately.

This product was really recommend for me to try, and it didn't disappoint me, the product is really good, I have been using it for few days and I can see a few changes on my face already, I am happy with it. I will look forward to order more in the future. Thanks!
